Welcome to my Dodge D150 project site.
A few years back, Dad passed away and left me his 1986 Dodge D150 Royal SE. He was the second owner of this pickup truck and took great care of it. Shortly after it came to me, I passed it on to my brother who needed a vehicle.
While my brother took good care of it, he lived a short walk from the beach and the salt air took a heavy toll on the body. Recently, it came back to me.
Researching restoration techniques online brought me to the conclusion that there isn’t the same wealth of information available like you can find for other vehicles like the Mustang, Camaro and Charger. I aim to change that.
This site will document my progress while providing “how to” articles, reviews of materials and aftermarket parts and other information you might need when fixing up your own D150 truck.
